Some of the great things you’ll do:

  • Answer incoming Customer Service calls in a professional, courteous and efficient manner. Provide a pleasant experience for all customers.
  • Clarify customer requests and inquiries by active listening and identifying the customer needs. Then present the solution or product that best fits their need.
  • Maintain and apply strong knowledge of company products and pricing, marketplaces and competitors, keeping current with changes in each.

Skills that you’ll bring:

  • Read, write, and speak fluent English. Bi-lingual is a plus
  • Strong oral and written communication skills over the phone, e-mail and chat
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills deploying excellent telephone/e-mail/chat etiquette
  • Strong attention to detail, thoroughness, and the ability to analyze information quickly
  • Ability to engage in active listening to understand the customer and react appropriately
  • Team player who works well with all employees
  • Accurate keyboarding skills at a minimum of 40 WPM
  • Ability to perform basic math tasks compute rate, ratio and percent.

Education and Experience that you’ll bring:

  1. High school graduation or equivalent.
  2. Minimum 1 years’ experience in above descriptions with a preference in the eCommerce industry or relevant crossover experience.
  3. 1 year ERP experience is preferred
  4. Proficient with computers and internet
    1. Working knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Google Drive
    2. Working knowledge of a CRM program preferred
