The eCommerce Sales Coordinator is someone that knows how to get the job done, and fast. We’re looking for someone with an uncompromising work ethic, someone that oozes enthusiasm, and knows when and where to go when they hit a hurdle. You will be responsible for sales channel management which includes the everyday sales tasks, in addition to strategic contributions to the overall vision and future of the company. You will create an advantage over competition by building and maintaining positive relationships with sales channel contacts.

  • Reach or exceed Sales Goals within your sales channels
  • Monitor and maintain acceptable Account Health for your assigned sales channels
  • Oversee Sponsored Advertising Campaigns
  • Manage advertising opportunities within each channel - such as sponsored ads, headlines, etc.
  • Maintain Healthy Inventory Age within acceptable levels
  • Develop and Maintain Partner Relationships internally and externally
  • Be passionate about staying up to date with the latest and developing trends in the fields of marketing and e-commerce and translate this knowledge into actions
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned

What you’ll bring:

  1. Knowledge of data driven marketing within the ecommerce industry with ability to plan and project manage multiple tasks, programs and marketing campaigns simultaneously
  2. Understanding of consumer behaviors and industry trends
  3. Ability to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data
  4. Solid understanding of shipping and fulfillment requirements for online marketplaces. Experience within Amazon preferred
  5. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  6. Excellent organizational and planning skills; ability to multitask
  7. Proactive and strong problem-solving skills
  8. Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others on the team and with clients.
  9. Ability to work in a high-energy, fast paced environment displaying a passion for the on-line business environment.
  10. Motivated fast self-learner. Think analytically and pursue maximum efficiency in your work.
  11. Typing speed of 40+ words per minute

Experience & Education:

  1. 4-year college degree from an accredited university in business or related field of study; or equivalent combination of education and/or eCommerce marketing experience.
    • 1+ year experience in the eCommerce field
  2. Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, eBay, Walmart, similar ecommerce experience is required
  3. Previous experience working in Channel Advisor or similar platform is preferred
  4. Ecommerce advertising experience is preferred
  5. Proficient with computers and internet
    • Working knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Google Suite
