Our business is projected to grow 35% year over year.  Currently, our growth is outpacing our projections.  

The Logistic Coordinator has a critical role in coordinating, analyzing and improving in-bound and out-bound delivery systems and effectively managing cost in comparison to service.

What you will do:
• Develop and maintain regular collaboration with internal and external partners to establish, manage and execute in-bound and out-bound activities and updates.
• Research and forecast weekly container arrival to warehouses including key information such as quantity, delivery dates & times, carriers, required documentation to warehouses and management to enable planning. Troubleshoot shipping or communication errors. 
• Confirm the classification codes within the Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) are consistent with the actual product.  Take necessary actions to correct discrepancies.
• Monitor and report logistical and warehouse shipping/receiving daily completion.  Intercede to involve GM Office if support is needed with the trucking and carrier providers.
• Communicate with brokers regarding timely customs clearance, invoicing, trucking fees, etc. to ensure timely service and accurate billing.  Track information and submit reporting to HQ, accounting and local management team.
• Coordinate the 3PL service by using the portal to manage orders, track container information, ensure proper shipping documentation, and generate reports and tracking for US departments & HQ. 
• Interacts with Marketing to support the 3PL shipping and scheduling planning. 
• Synchronize shipments with 3PL then update inventory, verify invoices and enter cost allocation in Oracle/ERP system.

• Strong data analysis, execution and reporting skills

What education & professional experience you will bring
• 4-year college degree from an accredited university in business or related field of study; OR equivalent combination of education and/or ecommerce marketing experience.
• 1 year’s logistics’ experience 
• eCommerce experience coordinating with channel partners such as Amazon, Seller Central, Overstock, Wayfair is preferred
• Experience with the Harmonized Tariff System is preferred
