We are looking for a talented Parts & RMA Warehouse Supervisor to build and manage our new department in collaboration with the Warehouse Manager.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Parts & RMA Warehouse Supervisor directs and coordinates parts warehousing and processing functions as well as return merchandise processing. He/she is responsible for warehouse parts management, verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, inventory accuracy, maintain compliance, understand, create and follow company SOP’s and building a successful team.  

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Directs the Parts & RMA team to achieve daily, weekly, monthly and annual department and company goals through strategic vision, inspiration, proper communication, and delegation of responsibilities.  
  • Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Plans and coordinates work, trains and motivates, monitors and evaluates performance of Parts & RMA employees; ensures their ability to safely operate material handling equipment to move materials & set-up ergonomic workstations; counsels, records and applies corrective action as necessary. Develops leaders to effectively oversee the daily routines of their assigned team members. 
  • Maintains the Parts Catalog and inventory tracking process; reviews, improves and documents department processes; creates and maintains returned product evaluation process for resale as used product
  • Maintains an equipment structure and level to accomplish the parts shipping and receiving mission in a safe, effective manner. 
  • Maintains the inventory integrity by overseeing the use of correct warehousing procedures, Warehouse Management System (WMS) use, supplemental WMS equipment use, other systems/programs, and periodic cycle counts and inventory audits. 
  • Develops, reviews, updates and implements business strategic planning and reports, to ensure exceptional levels of customer satisfaction, inbound parts turn around, undamaged product, staffing, inventory control, security, safety and other warehouse operating functions.  
  • Collaborates with the Warehouse Manager, HQ Logistics Team and HR in formulating and administering department policies, directing and coordinating US department activities to develop and implement long-range goals and objectives to meet business and profitability growth objectives.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in parts management
  • Three year’s ERP/WMS experience
