JOB SUMMARY:
The Warehouse Clerk is responsible for daily warehouse clerical duties conducted in a manner that meets company standards for safety, security, and productivity. The position is responsible for the completeness and accuracy of all tasks assigned.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Efficiently addresses order cancelations and order errors in a timely basis throughout the workday.  Communicates missing addresses or telephone numbers to Customer Service.
  • Print labels by delivery priority and pickup schedule.  Monitor and print priority labels to avoid missing the daily scheduled pickup time.  Verify returned labels including canceled orders and scanning errors then reprint the label.
  • Prepares, processes and schedules LTL Orders in Oracle and Portal and reschedules missed carrier pickups.  Schedules UPS and FedEx container delivery and pickup.  Enters inbound overseas container information, prepares paperwork, and schedules container delivery and pickup with the trucking company.
  • Manages collection of performance information from WMS daily and enters into performance Watchboard/KPI templates. Daily updates of the Watchboard.  Monthly updates of performance reports sent to manager.
  • Maintains good working relationships with all co-workers
  • Maintains the company’s equipment, materials and work area in a neat, clean, and orderly manner. Operates all equipment in a safe and efficient manner following company and safety policies.
  • Maintains the inventory integrity by the use of correct warehousing procedures, Warehouse Management System (WMS)use, supplemental WMS equipment use, periodic cycle counts and inventory audits.
  • Follows warehouse processes and procedures to ensure exceptional levels of customer satisfaction, container turn around, undamaged product, inventory control, security, safety and other warehouse operating functions. Complies with OSHA and MSDS standards.
  • This position is in a warehouse environment.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
  • High School Degree/GED; or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
  • 1 - 5 years' experience in above Essential Duties with a preference in the ecommerce industry.
  •  Intermediate skill level in MS Excel including Pivot Tables and VLookup is preferred
  • WMS, ERP and Excel intermediate experience is preferred
