We are looking for a talented Warehouse Manager to oversee and manage our Ellenwood, GA Warehouse.

The Warehouse Manager directs and coordinates warehouse operating functions. He/she is responsible for warehouse facility management, verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, inventory accuracy, maintain compliance, understand, create and follow company SOP’s and building a successful team.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Advanced understanding of and experience with warehousing functions with the ability to detect possible threats to performance and problem solve to prevent poor performance of the facility and employees.
• Strong facility management experience, utilizing project management skills
• Demonstrated effective leadership skills in setting direction and articulating expectations with excellent communication skills
• 3PL provider experience
• Flexibility to succeed in a high-growth, high-energy environment; providing hands on support while building a successful team
• Ability to assess standard operating procedures for effectiveness and make improvements accordingly
• Ability to lead a safety culture in full compliance with company and OHSA requirements
• Good math, language and reading skills; intermediate to advanced computer skills
• Advanced experience in trouble shooting issues with computer systems, PDA scanners, warehouse equipment, etc.
• Experienced in the Federal, State and Local employment laws.
• Forklift certifier per OSHA standards
• Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in warehouse management.
• Three year’s ERP/WMS experience
